My customers give me great value - this time about avoiding water in the ears

Since I started my business and launched my product Capzy, I have received many interesting inquiries from my customers and visitors to the webshop. I am especially happy when these inquiries give me new angles on how to use the shampoo screen, and that I can help my customers in areas that I have not been aware of myself until they write to me.
The other day I received an email from a customer who has problems with the ear canals and was therefore very interested in getting a shower screen or an aid that could prevent water from entering the ears. Capzy is designed to cover both the ears and the face, which the user can adjust themselves. Some people don't care about water in the ears, and the shampoo screen can be placed over, across or under the ears, depending on the need.
My lovely friend is also a Capzy user, as she had a bad experience with water in her ears as a child, and this fear of water in her ears is still deeply rooted in her. She took the shampoo shield with her to the hairdresser to once again avoid water in her ears while washing her hair.
The hairdresser was very enthusiastic about the screen and gave me another perspective on the use of Capzy. The hairdresser has a number of older clients who use hearing aids, and here the shampoo screen can again help by keeping the water away from both the ears and the hearing aid. This has not been my focus at all, and I have not been aware that this problem existed.
It is in this way that my customers and visitors to the webshop help make it so interesting and rewarding to experience new areas where showering and washing hair can be a problem in everyday life for many, and how easily this can be solved with the shower screen.
I would love to hear from you if you have similar or other problems with washing your hair and bathing. So please write and get in touch.
