Feedback but mostly feedforward

Today I participated in a local Christmas market with Capzy. I had been really looking forward to getting out and testing the presentation format directly with customers. And what a wonderful and rewarding experience it was.
I spoke to many people who work in the care sector in different areas. Some in home care, others in nursing homes, and some worked with people with mental health problems or disabilities.
What they all had in common was that they all had some preliminary ideas on how Capzy could be a tool for the particular group of people they are now working with. It was fantastic to experience them enthusiastically telling me about how they can see a really good use for the shampoo screen in different contexts. It is a great gift to hear professionals share their thoughts and knowledge in this field. And I am impressed by how many were ready to give me professional feedforward on my silicone screen. And of course, it is always nice to have words of praise about its quality.
One woman in particular shared many of her methods for better understanding people with dementia and mental illness with me. She was unique in her approach to reaching these people, and did so in a selfless way and without giving up. And she succeeds with her strong will to solve the tasks. It was fantastic to listen to her way of working. She will recommend Capzy in the circles she works in.
It was definitely a lovely day, where I was positively surprised by the interest and willingness to provide both feedback, but especially feedforward on my product. Thank you very much for that :-)
