What are my rights if I want to return the product I purchased?
When you shop online at Capzy.dk you always have a 14-day right of return, which applies from the day you received your item. This means that you can get your money back or exchange the item.
If you wish to return your order, please note that we must receive it before the 14-day return period has expired. Furthermore, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.

Please enclose the return form, where you fill in whether you wish to return or exchange the item. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
You must return the goods in the same condition as you received them and fill out the return form.

How do I exchange or return a product purchased online?
When you want to exchange or return an item, you have two options:
1) You can call our customer service by phone: 28 34 03 30 every day from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM, where we will help you with the procedure.
2) You can return or exchange your item by sending it back to the webshop: Litzy ApS, Hjertegræsvej 5, 9800 Hjørring
When you return the item, you must pack the item securely in the original packaging, as the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Please include your receipt and return slip when you indicate whether you want a refund or exchange.
You must pay the shipping costs yourself to return the item, and you can find the return label that you need to print out here: https://retur.pakkelabels.dk/capzy You can also find the return form at the same link . Once you have filled out the form, you can return the item with GLS from a GLS drop-off point near you. We will ensure that your return order is processed as quickly as possible as soon as we receive it.
If we receive a returned item from you that is not in the same condition as when you received it, and this is related to your custody, this will affect the refund. If we assess that we cannot resell the item, the item's value will be assessed at 100%.
